Counter Strike 1.6 , $50,000, 250 slots available for registration

All winnings will be given on the last day of the tournament for each tournament class


Welcome to the MWC.

The Midwest Challenge is an organization formed to promote PC gaming competitions throughout the Midwest. The MWC consists of Gamers and IT specialists. The MWC will be launching a PC tournament July 10th through July 13th at the Gateway Convention Center, located in Collinsville Illinois. This is the first of many events in 2008. 1000 gamers are expected to attend this event.

Registration

Online registration through Pay Pal is now open. Pre-Registration opens at 12 noon on Thursday July 10th. It will be in the Conference Center lobby. You will be able to get your badge early and you will need to present your completed and signed waiver. Those of you who get there early will be able to set up your CPU for the BYOC.

The doors will open at 8 a.m on July 11th and the tournament will begin promptly at 9am. You will need your ID to be admitted to the tournament. Please have them displayed as this will help the line move faster and get you all in sooner.

Accommodation

Accommodations will be at the Holiday Inn (www.hicollinsville.com) across the street from the convention center. Only 190 rooms will be available at a discounted price. 5 persons will be allowed to each room at a discounted rate of $25.00 per night. So mention that you are with the MWC and you will receive the discount. Accommodations are filling up and are now limited.
